Excellent train journey with complimentary breakfast and lunch and a very welcome chai just after departure. Train left and arrived on time - British train companies take note! Comfortable seats despite their appearance. Toilets a must to avoid though! Incredible value for money. First part of Electronic Reservation Slip (ERS) is your ticket - just get on the train with that and your passport. This isn't clear and caused me a bit of worry before the journey.
