Giovanna RWe had a very enjoyable ride, our train attendants were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We slept very very well and we were incredibly comfortable in our cabin.

Bronte LGreat journey. The train left and arrived on time. The beds were fine for a nights sleep to save travelling in the day. We stayed in the 4 berth cabin.

Sarah NFirst the ticket said one bus station, main central, but it left out of a different place. We weren't told there was a wc on board and we're not given any water. The drivers knew our destination was Tam Coc and we were expecting to arrive around 8am. Luckily, we woke up at 5:30am and as the bus was leaving the station I asked where we were. They said Tam Coc and I asked why were told! We had to get off the bus at the side of the road as it had already left the station. Thankfully we woke up in time as we would have been stopping atthe next stop. Was not impressed.

Aleksandra Overall experience was pretty bad, whole bus smelled like urine and poo because of bad toilet. Also I found few cockroaches!
Whole ride was very bumpy and full of unexpected turbulence, turns or stops which made me not sleep at all.
Also it was very hard to communicate with stuff because no one spoke English.
Pick up and drop off was not available.

Lola HThe journey was okay, the bus was comfortable and the journey was smooth. We got a free bottle of water, a blanket and we could choose where we sat. The seats/beds were super comfy and easy to sleep on, and the bus was clean.
However the journey was 4 hours longer than the stated journey time. I understand that most of these buses aren’t exactly on point with the timings but 4 hours is ridiculous. Not only that, there was absolutely no stops for food at all, when you’re getting picked up at 1:45pm and not getting dropped off until early hours in the morning you expect there to be at least one food stop for a proper meal. We obviously brought snack like food just incase but there’s only so much you can buy from a shop that’s gonna fill you. I felt so ill after the journey from living off crisps and chocolate for the day as that’s all we could eat. To make this worse, the drivers stopped at a food place, where a cooked meal was prepared FOR THEM while all the passengers had to stand and watch them eat with no option to order food for ourselves. I didn’t expect anything for free, I’d have paid for a meal, but like I say this wasn’t an option. If we’d have been dropped off at the time stated on the ticked there might have been somewhere open for us to eat something when we arrived, but because we arrived 4 hours later (3am) everything was shut meaning we had to wait until the next day.

Imerio C6.5h delay with no real reason (long unnecessary breaks and just horrible time management), apart from the 1h delay at the pick up because of traffic jams. Arriving in the afternoon instead of the early morning is terrible though.
The cabin was comfortable however.

Ali QThe bus stopped twice for repairs, once for almost 2 hours, and we were late for our arrival. There was a constant mechanical sound from the tyre or some other part right under our seats, which didn't let us sleep all night. Furthermore, there was no wifi on the bus either. Terrible experience
