During this trip the driver picked up around 25 people on the side of the road, it appears they do this for extra money. All these people didnt fit so they were all sharing bunks and sleeping piled up in the hallaway around us. Imagine that many people in such as small space the smell was terrible, it was really loud, and also they kept opening my private curtain. Not only that but then the bus took a detour to drop these people off, which made us loose two extra hours. Then when they dropped us off, all our things are socking wet with fish water, because these people were transporting fish. All our stuff, our backpacks, EVERYTHING, is WET and smelling like FISH. A total nightmare.

The pick up was half an hour before the departure time in Da Nang but we were notified by Whatsapp well in advance, with an easy pick up location to find. The bus was really nice and enough space, maybe a little short for tall people but it was fine for the two of us. We arrived 2 hours in advance to Ninh Binh. I recommend 100%

We were given a map and a pin with incorrect location in the reservation confirmation. Good that we came 40min before departure because it took us 30min od going back and forth contacting the company on whatsapp and getting help from random bus drivers to finally find the vehicle which was a few streets from the original location we were given. The ride itself was comfortable, we were given water and it was 9 not 12h therefore I give it 3 stars.

The times were different to the booking by more than 2 hours. The staff were not accomodating. The seats we booked were upper cabin- we were refused upper cabin.

Great Experience , we did booked the 2 bed VIP which I know is more expensive but for us completely worth it. Then 4 bed shared just look so crammed! Seen people book the 4 bed and only was 2 people in them so could be worth running the risk but service was top notch! Can’t complain
