VIP is nothing on this train you are the same as everyone else.Everyone just ran to get on train.Crossing 4 tracks and lifting suitcases up half a meter onto train.Room was nice and staff are lovely,on the train anyway the station is another matter .Station they are not helpful,very unprofessional.

The whole experience was a pleasure. The cabins were so clean and neat. The toilets were cleaned every hour. Highly recommend the foot spa too.

Although the instructions said to arrive to the stop 30 - 45 minutes ahead of time, apparently the bus got there over an hour early. We were at the hotel packing and planned to get coffee on our way out, but instead I had three phone calls rushing me. I thought I misread the instructions, but no, they just wanted to leave early. Instead of meeting at the spot, the bus came to our hotel and literally the driver was in the lobby rushing us while the person was on the phone rushing us. No time to get coffee or breakfast items. We only had one stop on the way there for lunch, it was so hot and a lot of the packaged snacks were well beyond the expiration date, but I was hungry having not eaten anything. It was a 12 hour bus ride and it was totally thoughtless and inconvenient to rush your passengers like that. Also, we had no major delays but still arrived 10 minutes after scheduled. Maybe you should consider updating your pick up times.

We liked our experience but it was more expensive than a flight and a flight is a much better experience. They could work on cleaning more and having better breakfast. It’s something to do once, I would recommend over a sleeper bus for sure!

Just ok. Train was a bit dirty. Operator put the two tickets we bought on one booking into different train cars. Very annoying.

Our 2 bed cabin was switched to a 4 bed cabin due to a car issue which gave us less head room as I am 6' tall. Overall the cabin was nice. The bedding had slight odor. The cabin temperature also fluctuate during the night making it uncomfortable to sleep. For the cost of $450CAD and time of 14 hours, taking a plane would have been better.

For choosing the budget option, it pretty much met my expectations. Fairly bossy/short tempered drivers but nothing a little smiling and patience with them couldn't fix. :) We ended up arriving 2 hours early!! Wild. No food allowed in the main cabin of the bus and no bathroom breaks.
