A complete disappointment, going first class, with some dirty and very uncomfortable beds and clothes where others have already slept! Furthermore, the air conditioning was extremely cold and could not be adjusted or turned off! Very dirty bathrooms! If you have to travel, I suggest choosing the BUS trip, much more comfortable and pleasant.

Long waiting lines. Not sure in what line to stand. Turned out people who were behind got checked in first. Worried if we would make our flight.

The bus is nice, the air conditioning works, but the organization of the trip is not at a decent level. For some reason, the shift drivers were sleeping on the floor of the bus, and how can passengers go to the bathroom at night, in the dark, stepping over them??? It's strange to me. Why can't they be given at least one place to rest?

This is my fault and I guess you charge a service fee. But I paid 800k for the ticket and when I got to the bus station the ticket said 480k. So next time i’m buying my own ticket. Thank you.
