Jerry KThe bus ride was okay. Although it didn't start from the location or at the time mentioned. They managed to pick me up from the boarding point mentioned in the ticket to the bus location. Bust started after an hour. The bus had minor problems but they managed to reach the location on time.
The bus cubicle is not a comfortable one for longer hours and the ride was bumpy.
Although I didnt like the office staffs attitude at Hoi An, The bus drivers where really helpful and helpful.

Lexie By far the worst bus experience I’ve had in Southeast Asia.
Staff were aggressive and constantly yelling at passengers, moving people between beds while shouting, including an older couple. Many beds hadn’t been cleaned from previous passengers — there was rubbish and used blankets still in them, and my bed had green mucus on the curtain and no pillow.
We boarded in Da Nang at 7pm and despite people asking repeatedly to stop for the toilet from around 10pm onwards, the staff just kept yelling “30 more minutes.” We didn’t stop until midnight, forcing passengers to hold it for five hours.
The driver was speeding dangerously on rough winding roads, people were being thrown around in their beds, the staff were smoking cigarettes inside the bus, and the door was left open while driving. Nobody slept all night.
Around 5am my friend had to squat on the side of the road to go to the toilet while the operators stood nearby watching. Later they even started pulling at her pants telling her “off” when part of them got wet, which was completely inappropriate.
We arrived two hours late, and when we collected our luggage everything was soaked in foul dead-fish smelling liquid from the luggage compartment. My bag and clothes were ruined and I had to throw my travel bag away and buy a new one.
Dirty, unsafe, humiliating and completely unacceptable. Avoid this company.

Aabha NIt was bad, we felt indifference in behaviour of the driver due to our language and country we came from. Everyone was given water except us which is clearly discrimination. Bus driver even snatched the poly bag from hand, which is an uncalled behaviour and questions safety behaviour of female passengers. Bus driver forced us to take seats according to him as outside the bus one other passenger gave him extra money under the table, while we also paid for the seats. Eventually we sat where we wanted to. The washroom in the bus was very small not enough space to even enter and was in bad condition. The bus hardly stopped for washroom breaks.

Christophe -The clerk at the office in Hoi An was super rude and unhelpful, she disnt give the shirt tag to everyone in the bus.
-we had to walk under the rain with our luggage to go to the bus that disnt want to pick up the travelers directly at the office
-one or two locals smoked in the bus

Joshua CWe had a few questions about the pick up spot but received great support from company via WhatsApp. Clean, comfortable bus. Plenty of stops a long the way to use the restroom.

Selviana The facilities were fine, and the driver was very professional and skilled, so we were able to rest well. However, the destination was unclear, so we almost took the wrong route. Other than that, everything was fine and I would recommend it.

Only thing: At the meeting point / office it seemed that we were using private toilets – at least the people there were very unfriendly and we got angry views when we asked if our boys use the toilets.
