Jolina LThis was the worst possible travel experience I have ever had in Viet Nam. I booked to leave at 10:30pm, but was put on a 9:30pm bus. I messaged the operator/bus driver hours ahead to ask if they offered pickup from the hotel, as I read from other reviews that this is sometimes an option — they agreed and told me to be ready at 9pm, but they never arrived. I called all 3 service hotlines between 8:50–9:40pm to ask if they were still coming or if I should meet them elsewhere, and none messaged back or picked up until I called a fourth, different number listed on Google Maps but not on their email — the operator there told me hotel pickup was never an option, and that they would leave me behind if I didn’t arrive at the pickup spot in 10 minutes. The kicker is that I could have been at the pickup an hour early if they had communicated with me properly. From there, different operators from the 3 different hotlines called me intermittently, all giving different directions — one spoke English but was not helpful or clear, at first telling me to just check my email, and although I was polite, the others were rude and unnecessarily frustrated. They first gave me the wrong address; the correct pickup address was in front of a dark, closed cafe with few people around. At that point, I couldn’t tell if they were even coming to pick me up as they did not confirm, so as a solo woman traveler this was a very uneasy situation. Luckily, they eventually did arrive and helped me with my luggages; I had extra baggage, but it was okay and they were able to fit it. The bus itself was fine, had a view and a massage function, but no adjustable recliner, and the wifi password did not work. Somehow, we left an hour late, but arrived at the destination 3 hours early. This was frustrating as I specifically chose this bus because it listed a 7:00am arrival time, meaning I could sleep longer and arrive when shops were open, but they instead dropped me off at 4:30am. The road was dark and there were not many people around other than other passengers; no shops were open, and my hotel was not ready for check-in and did not have a lobby or reception to meet with early, so this inconvenience and poor communication of scheduling meant I waited around for hours with all of my luggage. Incredibly confusing, inconsistent, rude, and poorly coordinated travel service that made my trip much more stressful than it needed to be.

Mika CThe staff were very responsive and they made sure that all of our questions were answered.
The driver drove very carefully and made two stops along the way. Please make sure you pee before you get on the bus because the first stop is after 2 hours of trip. The next one is around 2 hours after the first stop. They gave us 30 minutes on the first stop and I think about the same on the second time or slightly shorter.
We left the bus station and arrived at the destination on time.
Would definitely take this bus again next time.

Willa GDriver spent most of the trip on very loud phone conversations and loudly honking the horn. Or having videos playing on the screen by the wheel. It did not feel as safe as it should have and it was not restful:

Joanna NOn time, bus was very clean and toilet immaculate. We had two stops, but the first one which was the longest was an hour after we left which meant we then had a long wait for the next stop. The shuttle bus into the city was all good and everything went to plan.

Nur YThe service was not very good, and the staff were not very customer-friendly. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. I hope improvements can be made in both customer service and hospitality.
