I booked this company before checking their Google reviews. In Da Lat, they told me to meet them at some random gas station. They were 40 minutes late picking us up, then took us to the bus station... And put us on a different companies bus to the wrong bus station in hcmc. (Ben Xe Nga Tu Ga on the other side of the city to our house vs Ben Xe Mien Tay which is near our house). After arrival I contacted the company again and they told us to get the free shuttle. Except the bus landed too late and there were no shuttles available. A grab home from that bus station during peak hour cost me 440,000vnd. They stopped responding when I asked for compensation.

On time, bus was very clean and toilet immaculate. We had two stops, but the first one which was the longest was an hour after we left which meant we then had a long wait for the next stop. The shuttle bus into the city was all good and everything went to plan.

Our journey was changed to 1.25hrs early with only a couple of hours notice with the starting pick up point also being changed to much further away. Actual journey was okay but was then dropped off 30 mins further from our original drop off point 3 hours earlier than planned so we arrived at our accommodation at 4am rather than 7am.
