Arrived 3.5 hours early, so at 3:30am rather than 7am. Resulted in me having to pay for a room for the night, while the whole point of taking the overnight bus was to avoid that. I understand the arrival times are not always going to be accurate, but 3:30am vs 7am is not even close. This ended up costing me over 500,000 Dong as I had to try find somewhere to sleep at 3:30am.

Greatest so far, especially in terms of wide comfortable bed and great driving, no hand on the horn all the trip and not trying to race with other cars. Smoothe service, left on time and got there very near scheduled time.

Communication was clear, driver was punctual, car was comfortable and clean. Very much worth a hotel to hotel private transfer instead of taking a bus while the Da Lat airport is shut down for renovations.

Unlike Hoi An AP, Dalat AP office staff and the crew was very professional and helpful. They have a nice office, a waiting area with a coffee shop. The bus was super clean, with water and tissues. The bus (VIP cabin) is very comfortable for longer distance unlike the bus with 3 rows. The driver was very professional, no overspeed, still reached the destination on time.

The toilet smelled horrible and the door of the toilet would not close properly, contributing to the smell. Bus arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule, but the roughness of the drive was a clear indicator as to why this was the case.
