Yuk! Staff at the bus station in Da Last were lovely and helpful, we were assigned tickets at the back top of the bus. Bus driven fairly erratically. Resulting in widespread nausea and poor sleep. Got to Ho Chi Minh over 2 hrs early ... So had to wait at 5am with kids before the time for early check in... Wouldn't recommend for tourists

We booked a VIP cabin bus, but had to sit in a sleeper bus. The second dissatisfaction was about the sudden transfer. We had to go into a smaller bus, to go to Ho Chi Minh City. The staff didn’t explain anything and when we asked what was going on they just gestured us to get off. We have taken many busses in Vietnam and the staff is always willing to help or try with google translate.

We were told to be at the pick up point at 21:00, for pick up between 21:00 - 21:30. We got there at 20:55 and waited till 21:35 in quite cold weather to be picked up. We were then dropped off at a bus station and just told to go inside, nothing else. It was very chaotic inside the bis station and it took us quite a while to find our bus, after asking several people that just told us to 'search for it'. Due to all the stress of finding the bus on time, we didn't use the toilet at the bus station, and there was no toilet on the bus. The cabin 34 bus is also incredibly cramped. We are short people, but with a rucksack and a handbag, there really is nowhere to put your legs. The worst part was that the bus was scheduled to arrive in HCMC at 6am, but we got dropped off at the bus station at 4am, with no knowing where to go. This was really not great. Luckily a lady told us that we should get on the shuttle bus that would drop us in the city. Luckily she told us that, as we were looking for a grab that would pick us up from the bus station. After getting dropped off in the city with the shuttle bus, we sat in a 24/7 café, until we found a luggage storage shop that was open. We were not impressed with the service received in comparison to other bus operators we have used in Vietnam.

Our bus got in two hours early, around 6:30AM. The bus was very clean but we found the seats more uncomfortable for sleeping than many of the buses we have use recently.

The destination station has changed (sometime ago apparently) and it is not the one you advertise/sell - it’s now far away from downtown and an hour away from the original destination and $20 for a taxi! I would have chosen another bus service if your website was up to date!!
