Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh City Destination Reviews

GJ
Passenger was on his phone most of the ride. Very rude, would have been nice if passengers were notified to be respectful prior to boarding.

The trip was scheduled to end around 7:10 am. It abruptly ended around 3:30 am in the middle of nowhere and I had no place to go as the city was essentially closed and I didn’t have a hotel booked yet. I felt extremely vulnerable and defenseless in a large city and it was a major disruption for me. I explicitly selected this particular bus time so that I would get into town later. There were many options but the ones arriving at 6am were too early for me. The driver never stopped for a bathroom break. It seemed he was just interested in finishing up his day early as he closed the bus at arrivals and stayed in it and slept while leaving us in the cold. Horrible. Beyond that the bus was older than advertised and its interior was dated and uncomfortable.

The driver was very friendly and professional. The bus picked up each passenger or family from their hotel. This small limousine bus is so much more comfortable than the standard transportation buses which constantly stop at many locations, but don't permit you to use the restroom often for hours and hours. The two families and 1 other gentleman made on my bus were all wonderful, friendly people and so the time passed quickly. It was also nice to have a great and courteous driver. As you read some of these 12Go reviews you will see many people comment of the bus drivers being arrogant, impatient, erratic driving jerks. However my limousine bus experience was exactly the opposite.

Bus was really clean and comfortable. Driver very friendly and helpful. I’ve travelled with this company numerous times and the staff are always extremely helpful. The only downfall was we arrived 3 hours later than we were supposed to. Any other time we’ve used this company for buses though they’ve been early it might have just been the traffic in Ho Chi Minh.

Luxurious for a sleeper. most affordable option and CLEAN. 2 rest stops and they communicate that to you before hand. The bus driver I had was kind, responsible and good driver. Air con worked well. Only 4 people were on the bus so very private ride. Also provided a free shuttle car into the actual Saigon city. Would recommend

The bus was very nice and clean. The personel was also nice. We left on time, but we arrived 3 hours early. Therefore we had to rent a room, to get the rest of our sleep.

The only good thing about this bus is the wider bed, but that’s it. For the price it’s not worth it, we left half an hour later and arrived at hour earlier at 4.30am. The seats are the same length and are not adjustable to a seated position . They also blast a really load announcement to tell you theirs a toilet break in the night.

The Bus was clean, the busdriver was good. Bad was, that the Bus brought us to the arrival Point, which was told us, into the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. Instead they brought us to a logistic point 14km distance from centre. And it was not the best Location to get a grab. The Personal was not helpful…
