It was a very nice ride, the bus was clean and everything but the staff was very rude. The driver was smoking several times during the ride even tho there were mutiple signs that smoking was forbidden. Normally I would not mind but we are traveling with 2 small kids and since we were placed in the beds directly next to the driver it felt not okay.

I didn't know about the different luxury coach seating/sleeper arrangements. My first coach had larger beds. The other coach had reclining seats with very little room. For most people it would have been fine. But at 6'4"

I had the last seat in the back of the sleeping bus and was really uncomfortable, the bus was way more expensive on this website than if I would have bought at the bus station, and one of the two bus drivers (the one that was putting the bags inside the bus) was moving the backpacks in a way that if someone has something fragile in it, it would break it

The journey is smooth and comfy. The bus stops twice for toilet breaks and once for food. The pick and drop points are precise and travel staff in help when needed.

Departure and arrival times were precise. My backpack was little bit dirty (black stains) after transfer so I recommend putting it in some cover. Bus was really clean. Beds are small for europeans but its not that bad. Stops were kinda unpredictable. First stop after 20 minutes, second after 3 hours for food in restaurant, third stop after 6 hours.

The VIP bus didn't send us direct to Danang. Instead leave us at 75km from Danang. The bus staff told us to use the Mini Van to Danang. The Mini Van driver drove very very fast. I told the driver to slow down but he didn't care & continue to drive very fast until reached the bus terminal. I am really very very disappointed with the service. The driver didn't care for our safety. Hope that you will look into this matter. The VIP bus staff also didn't inform us that the bus was not going to Danang direct. The service is really lousy.

Timely, took a bathroom break 2 hours into the trip and then 6 hours into the trip. Driver was safe on the road. Did blast music near the end of the trip and drivers would talk loudly to each other in the beginning, so be sure to bring foam earplugs to use.

We booked to da nang but were told to get on bus going to hoi an. No one would give us more information so we had to catch a taxi to da nang as we didn’t know what was happening.
