Tina KContinuous honking, did not get the right bus (paid for a better bus) to only be switched to the right bus after 11 hours of travel with only 2 hours left.
We were allocated to different seats than ours becauqe they had to transport so many boxes that they had no space for our bags in the storage space. Boxes even went on the seats in the bus.

Jenna VWas a normal sleeper bus - we had to get on a second bus to get to Hoi An and the bus driver made no attempt to help us and I think was working with the drivers to get us to pay for a taxi but we waited around for 10 minutes and then they put us on a minibus
