We booked an Express Ferry / catamaran from Surat Thani to Koh Samui, which was supposed to get us to Koh Samui at around 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different from what we paid for. First, the departure kept getting delayed. The ferry was first supposed to leave at 7:00 PM, then 7:30 PM, and eventually only left shortly after 8:00 PM. Even worse, it was not an Express Ferry or catamaran at all, but a huge car/truck ferry. The journey then took more than two hours. This meant that we arrived on Koh Samui much later than advertised and much later than expected. What was especially frustrating was that nobody at the pier properly explained the delays or the change of ferry. There was no clear information, no assistance, and nobody seemed to take responsibility for the situation. We booked and paid for a specific type of transfer and did not receive the service that was advertised. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would definitely not recommend this service unless the company improves its communication and actually provides the transport that customers have booked.

The website took time to work it out. Once booked the experience to connect to the bus and ferry was excellent. I have to say that one of the serving staff in the ferry shop was very arrogant and could benefit with some training.

Everything was perfect except for the driver on arrival in Koh Samui... he drove right past my hotel without dropping me off, and when I told him to stop, that it was my hotel, he said later... In the end, I wasted an hour dropping everyone off even though my hotel was the first stop.
