We arrived at the pick up point 2 hrs before departure, (12pm) got told to come back at 2pm then got a call 15 mins later to come straight back bus leaving early. We set off about 1pm. Lots and lots of stops. The drivers gave us water and cakes. We had a stop for food around 6pm but it seemed to be a drivers place to eat. We sat and ordered food, got stared at and served last and nothing like what the drivers were being served. Anyway we arrived 6am (not at the destination we was ment to be) but got a grab to hotel. Overall it wasn’t a bad journey, they give us blanket and pillows. The WiFi didn’t work so download what you need before you go.

we ordered 2 return tickets. Got confirmation for one. We waited 3 days for confirmation (the day before we were supposed to leave) for the other without it coming. Then we wrote to customer service and were told that something went wrong ??! Wtf! Fortunately Booking.com works so we ordered the return tickets we needed there. So we will use booking.com in the future as it works.
