Very bad experience instead of taking me back to my hotel through the addresses of the hotels and well I was there last to drop off at my hotel Google maps showed me that I was close to my hotel when I was there of rentier passage the only one on the bus and well there! To the great surprise the driver started to take and bring back other customers and make me wait from 8:30 a.m. to more than 10 a.m. two hours in the mini Van and I already had more than 13 hours in the big bus and when I told him that I now wanted everything followed to be dropped off at my hotel he left me in a cafe to wait I was told 15 minutes again by telling me that another bus was coming and that I saw the same driver come back!!!!!! And the same bus that had dropped off the customers he had filled with me I waited more than two hours it is absolutely not correct I lost more than 2h30 of my morning when I had tourist visits planned in the morning no serious very unhappy and in addition he could have dropped me off at the hotel to be forgiven not even he left me with my big backpack 10 minutes on foot and he didn't even have to help to put him driver big stupid nobody and apart from saying ok ok ok he Doesn't understand anything

Clean and comy cabins & Wi-Fi. But only one toilet break (6h after departure) is not ok if there is no toilet on the bus. Also that there was only one driver who was driving for 10+ hours through the night seems very dangerous.

On the whole bus journey and service was very good. Down side - There was no water in toilet on the bus. Hygiene needs to be sorted.

Train was on time, quite comfortable trip with beautiful views. I had luck and received my seat (by coincidence) to the left hand side next to the window. Best place to enjoy the panorama. Once at the station, you don’t need to exchange your ticket, you should directly go to the waiting room assigned to your train. (When purchasing the ticket, the platform showed that I would receive it x days before the trip, this didn’t happen, but I received it still on time.)

trains good, community car excellent, scenic and on time, though seats not very comfortable (mine was broken). also disappointed in 12go seat allocation - i was not given a choice of seats during booking process.

Train 90 minutes late, delayed another hour on route. Seats are small and uncomfortable and it was very hot even with air conditioning. For a trip that lonely planet say is one of the best 10 rail journeys in the world we found it very disappointing. We were happy to get off the train and if we come back to vietnam we will either book cabins or take the bus.
