I was particularly impressed with the early arrival of the driver and the free 1 hour wait which meant we were not rushed to get in the car. I will recommend the service to all my friends . EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY. Thank you.
Train #12716 2A - AC 2-Tier Sleeper, Indian Railways, Mar 22, 2020
The train looked like dirty and under maintenance when we arrived at the station. But the beds, sheets, blankets and pillows were totally clean, inside a sealed plastic bag. It was a shot trip - just 4 hours but we were exausted of a trip from Israel to Delhi, so we were thankful that we can go sleeping. The negative point was the toilet´s smell. I didn´t get to use it.

Unfortunately our train was cancelled a day prior to departure. It is critical that any traveller check the PNR on the India Railways website before intended departure. 12Go Asia were prompt and helpful with their refund.
