The boat left 45 minutes after the time on the tickets, both ways, which made us almost miss our tour. Communication about the delay was poor.

good service and quick and nice sailing experience.. we arrived earlier at 10:20 and were able to book a boat earlier than the 13:00 time.. so we didn't have to wait .. this was super arranged

I went straight to the gate, and a police officer told me I had to walk 150 meters to the Maruti office. At the office, they searched for my name among a lot of paperwork, printed a QR code, and then had to walk back to the gate. Boat was clean, in good condition. Trip was fantastic, no waves.
