Delay 15min. Said 30min to arrive but then 50min at least. No air conditional, so so hot. Also the ship run very shock, my mother vomit. Next day, I go by other vendor not Waruna. Omg its total different experience - new, big ship, air-con, smooth experience - onboard and off ontime. Trust me - no way you can go in 30min - always 45. Dont trust Waruna lies

I did not receive an email with a QR code for easy checkin and this delayed - I thought I was paying around 220K per ticket (around 660K in total) but the total came out over 800K - one reason of which was you sneakily added insurance and amd not sure about the rest. Tried to make a complaint but had to register with email then got lost and no time. Will not use 12go again for sure

Overall great experience. Easy departure process with full air conditioning. Just show the 12go voucher to the check-in counter and they will give the boarding pass to me. The staff friendly as there is a free water after we onboard the boat.
