It was a bit disorganised, the staff grunted at us, didnt give full direction, everything was decided ad hoc from check in, to arrival to the departure gate, leaving 10 min late, and it was not a 25 min ride but a 45min one. Then they were unloading the bags for a long time before letting us out on the dick. Generally a bit disorganised.

Ferry Review I booked a 6:15 AM ferry, but after checking in, I was given a ticket for 7:00 AM with someone else’s name. When I asked about the mistake, the employee brushed me off. The ferry didn’t leave until 7:15 AM and we arrived after 8:00 AM, completely disrupting my plans since I had a 7:30 AM tour. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service

We booked a trip at 9.30. We arrived at the check in Office at 9.25 and they told me that I couldn’t do the check in as the boarding was already closed. They were very kind to switch our ticket to the next one at 11.00, for free. However we noticed that this boat completed the boarding at 11.30, 30 mins after the expected time! This means that we would have made it at 9.30 as well! But they made us wait 1.30h more for the next boat. Moreover it is not clear that the time reported on the ticket is not the time of departure but the time of the boarding!

The Boat was almost on time, all good. But Air in the Boat is too hot, Ventilation poor and the Seats are far too small.
