Overall relatively smooth, the boat was slightly late but booking process getting tickets then process for getting on the boat was fine.

We arrived 20 minutes late and there was no information about the delay. But over all, it was a good experience. Especially the check in was a nice experience. We were able to leave our luggage at the ticket counter and pick it up at our destination port.

Ok boat trip. No aircondition and was asked to pay more if you’d had wanted to sit on the sun deck. We left 20 minutes late. Not the worst experience but not the best either.

I didn't know to exchange the paper ticket, and there was no guidance at the ticket exchange place, and it was a bit far from the place where we boarded the ship, which led to me and my friend missing the ship and feeling depressed.🥲。
