Their Office adress at the harbour wasn't actually well linked through Google Maps. But only few steps away, thei're well known by the ppl finding them was easy - Speedboad had 30mins delay. Once we've started it was all good

Worst experience Boat to Nusa Penida was delayed by an hour we were sat in the boat waiting for almost 50 mins. They were waiting for some approval as we saw to get going.

We got to the Island and it was easy to find the boat. The staff was both friendly and efficient. 4 stars because of bad ventilation inside the boat and when we arrived we had to take of our shoes and jump into the water on the beach by the harbour. It was no problem but we could have been notified so we had proper shoes and clothes to do so. It became a fun memory, just a bit inconvenient when we found out.

The boat ride itself was very comfortable, albeit we arrived slightly later than expected. However this largely depends on when boats arrive back to the port so give yourself 30-45 min extra time. The boarding process was a bit chaotic with different boats boarding at the same time so it worth getting to the port early and getting your boarding pass early.
