Booked for 6:30am to beat the crowds in NusaPenida tourist spots but boat didn’t leave before 7:15. I’d say they combined 6:30 and 7:00 group together. However the vehicle had comfy seats with enough space. Ride was good just the schedule accuracy is off.

Boat was nice enough. It wss very late. We ordered for 7:30, when we arrived we were told 8. Then we didn't get on until 8:30. Thankfully we didn't prebook a tour.

So 12go.asia provided a voucher not a ticket - so after arriving at the ferry terminal we had to track back to the ferry office and get a ticket and boarding pass. If this was explained on the voucher then I couldn't find it I swear I bought a return but only ended up with a one way ticket plus travel insurance I was surprised to have bought and DID NOT NEED. 3 stars is generous and due to the friendly staff at angel billabong. Don't bother with 11go.asia - go straight to the ticket office.

We reached at the Sanur harbour 1 hour before, then we found that our El Ray boat was not scheduled to go, instead they managed another boat company, named axestone. The boat is almost the same, but started 30mins earlier, which created a bit of panic situation for us.
