We were worried about the negative reviews, but we had a good trip. It was a sunny day, early in the morning, and the sea was calm. There were life jackets for everyone. We also arrived early, and they offered us an early departure at no cost, at their initiative. Important! Go to the company's office with your 12Go ticket to pick up your boarding passes before the trip.

The boat left 30 minutes later as planned. Additionally we had to wait long time to get a landing stage . We actually should arrive 9:30 @ the harbour and finally arrived 10:30. Our driver was waiting for 1 hour. Additionally we did not arrive at the correct harbour. It was just the one next to it, however big confusion nad took us a while to get connected with the driver. So 1 hour less time for the east tour on the island.

I tried to check in about 1.5hrs before departure unit they kept me waiting for half an hour without explanation: “please wait, please wait”. It turns out I have been bumped and booked into another operator (Axestone) without any consultation. I had booked Maruti because of its reputation and relatively larger boat size, so being bumped without any explanation was irksome to say the least.
