There is a global lack of communication from the staff. Nothing about the departure, the stop for the break (Time We have, Check of everyone is on board before get back on the road….) Arriving at the port to take the boar, NO COMMUNICATION; just a lot of people waiting, without ANY information…

The journey was smooth sailing with one stop off half way through while on the bus. The bus wasn’t comfy but for the price you pay what do you expect. All the staff were helpful and ensured you knew where to go. I would definitely use this service again.

This should be 5 star comment...I've checked-in by 7am, bus was supposed leave on time at 8am, but because I had to ride out to pick up my son + return the bike + and it suddenly rained heavily, causing massive traffic jam and delays in the morning rush hour, I was the only one late by 15min, yet they waited for me... Very thankful to the counter lady she insist to hold the bus to wait for me! May God bless her.

Hassle free experience. Everything was on time almost. 10-15 mins updown is okay. Well managed. Buses are clean but AC is slow. It takes some time to get cool because of the heat outside and the flow of the AC. Rest everything was great. Ferry ride was smooth. We also bought hotel transfer from lomprayah for 150 pp which made it even smoother. Recommended.
