The ferry was really okay, as was the bus ride. The minivan, however, was a constant source of stress due to an irresponsible driver. Even after seeing another, wrecked minivan on the way, our driver drove very dangerously.

Koh samui to Surat Thani = fine Surat thani to khao sok = put onto overbooked minivan and had to squeeze 4 people into space for 3. Which meant sitting on the joining point of 2 seats for 2 hours. Painful back and no seatbelt available.

We missed our ferry in Koh Samui. A friendly employer of phantip came to save us and drive us really fast to Surat Thani so we could make it on time to get our bus to Khao Sok. Really great service! Would recommend it 100%

The trip was good, especially the last part in the minivan. Very luxurious. We had a bad experience with the checkin. We were forced to pay two times 300 days Baht for our luggage but our luggage was not larger than that was allowed with our ticket. ( also less weight). Compared to other customers in our minivan, our luggage was smaller and they didn’t pay this extra amount.

We booked the wrong destination so when we realized we asked the driver if he could take us to the right destination he was so kind and take us all the way to our hotel which is another hour ride from the destination we booked

Not everything was on time, but this is Thailand and it clearly states it on the ticket. Each leg of the journey was it's own adventure with comfortable well air conditioned vehicles
