Marnick The last van drive was horrible It was extremely warm in the van. Driver didnt speak English. He did all kinds of stops with Thai locals and stopped at a gas station.

Tim SWe traveled from Koh Samui to Khao Sok using this service, and overall, it was a smooth and positive experience — just be prepared for a bit of organized chaos.
The journey took around 6 hours in total and included a ferry, a bus, and a minivan. Check-in is at an office located a short walk from the pier, so be sure to factor that into your timing. One thing to note: you need to pay extra for luggage at check-in, and since they state online that there's no guarantee of space for large bags, we decided to play it safe and purchased two additional tickets in advance. That worked perfectly for us.
The ferry was spacious and comfortable, with a small mini-mart onboard where you can grab snacks or drinks. The bus was a bit warm but still reasonably comfortable for the ride. The final leg in the minivan was standard, and for just 50 Baht per person, we were dropped off right at our hotel.
The process can feel a bit hectic and unstructured, but that's part of the travel experience in this region. As long as you're alert, ask questions, and stay flexible, everything should go smoothly. We’ll definitely be using this service again for future travel.

Manasa AI can believe when the reviews say all the rude people are concentrated here, while I encountered only one rude lady at the phantip minivan transfer office in surat thani on the stop from koh samui to khao sok. While this disclosure is there - Bus drivers may (and most likely will) collect people on the road, but usually it is not a problem since you already have a seat and bus stops take only 1-2 minutes- it did cause some inconvenience. The van didn't have proper air conditioning- possible since the driver kept opening the door to let people in. Also the minivan was quite cramped. The driver however was a sweet person and Khao Sok in itself made the travel worth it

Ruby W10 min walk from ticket collection to pier to make sure you arrive with plenty of time. Have to change busses which was a bit annoying but overall it was a smooth journey and we arrived on time.

Booked boat and van, which became boat > bus > van, meaning we arrived 90 mins late
Driver at the end didn’t take us to the destination on the map, but stopped 1.6km away and charged 50 baht per person to go to the original destination

Oscar Cwe did a van from our hotel in koh samui to the port, then a ferry, then a bus to surat thani town and then a minivan to khao sok. It felt that the transfers could've been minimized, or at least the waiting times between them, since we had to wait for about an hour twice. The vehicles were all comfortable except for the monivan from surat thani to khao sok, whose AC was very weak and the seats were very uncomfortable.
