We had a great experience! We were a bit stressed because of some reviews but the bus was very comfortable and it had a toilet. The boat was also fine, it was big, clean and not too rocky. The boat ride quite long tho because of all the stops. Each stop is pretty lengthy.

The bus from Bangkok to Koh Samui was excellent. It was clean, had a restroom, free Wi-Fi, and USB charging ports. The management was very well organized, everything was smooth and fast with no issues at all. I will definitely use this service again!

The Bus was great, everything was on time and worked fine! Sadly, the air conditioning above my (very comfortable seat) was broken and couldn’t be turned off. I tried turning it away from me but was still freezing even tho I wore long clothes.
