Eddy BI felt I was shuffled about like a bit of cattle. 1st bus was a partybus, not fitted for overnight travel (not even USB charger).
They stopped us at midnight for dinner at a very dodgy place. Filthy, people not welcoming, pushy for sales and overpriced. I didn't eat, too dirty and noodles looked like they had been dead for some time.
Then we had to wait at Surat for next bus for1 hour in the very early hours. And That bus should go for scrap: old, dirty, rickety and A/C leaking all over us.
Ferry was ok luckily, as was the last van to my place, although driver was a tad rude.
NOT a journey I'recommend. Going through Chumpon with Lomphraya is a totally different experience.

Oliver TGood Main Drive from Bangkok to suritami, but with many stops, because Driver was checking Bus engine. One good Main Stop at a Bistro at the Highway for eating. About 2-3 Pick ups and Drops of people joining. All in all good, but arrived in suritami WE lost 2 hours because they let us sit and wait in Bistro and Bus, top collect more people. Then drove arround 30 MinutesJust arround suritami top Pick Up Others and than finally changed from the van to an old Bus. After that a 60 Minutes Drive to the harbour and another 90 Minutes for ferry Transport to Koh samui

Laura BThe coach broke down multiple times but despite this the poor guys kept trying to fix it which was good and they did finally do it so we could carry on. The organisation was ok, unfortunately I had booked for the wrong day and they still managed to squeeze us in which was incredible! Communication was not ideal so we didn’t really know what was going on when the coach broke down but all good in the end and only 2 hours late from the predicted time!

Martin S4 hours too late. Because the bus hit another bus during parking. They need to wait for the insurance and they needed to repair the mirror of the bus till we could continue driving. Change the seat was not free because the boss did not allow. This is not written in the contract. The seats are not very comfortable. Going by ferry was in time and good.

Rosa PI had a great experience. The VIP bus is extremely comfortable and if you manage to sleep the time will fly.

Lydia SWe were a little skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews, but we were really happy with our experience. Yes there is no break throughout, however we had a toilet available at all times, water provided on the comfortable coach and we came prepared with snacks. For the distance you are travelling, the price is really reasonable! Would definitely use again and recommend :)

Peter NThe bus took off at 7 pm. Everyone was asleep, but woken at 11.30pm to have dinner. Would preferred to remain asleep. We arrived at 4am at a place where we had to switch busses and had to wait there for 1,5 hours for the next bus to arrive. Overall not much sleep during the trip.
