John CDriver was watching a movie while driving and got in an accident. It was a sleeper bus and we were the first roll behind the driver. He talked continuously for 4 hours, first to his assistant then to a friend he picked up who sat on the floor beside him. Then on his phone to another driver. After the break he turn on a movie, which resulted him hitting a truck. No one was hurt but it unnecessarily delayed the trip. Unsure why a bus would have a movie screen at the driver's seat which could power on while driving. After the accident a passenger had to turn off the movie and then he started talking on his phone and driving with one hand.
Terrible trip

Marta CThe bus we booked was fully booked so the put us on a bus 1,5 hours later. When arriving to Hanoi the bus stopped at their agency and the put us in smalles limousines to go to the final destination but the process took over half an hour because three buses arrived at the same time and the limousines were not there.
Apart from that some belts did not work and the driver drove very aggressively hooping all the time when cars were not fast enough for him so that sleeping was not possible at all. Really not what you expect of a luxus bus.

Euan DFeel compelled to write a good review as I feel some of the other passengers might unfairly leave bad ones.
The bus was on time, clean and comfortable.
At one point the driver stopped to relieve himself, at which point a lot of the other passengers tried to get off the bus. He tried explaining to them that there was a toilet on the bus for them to use, but they demanded to get off and seemed very unhappy. The toilet on the bus was clean enough and worked fine, it just seemed like the other passengers didn’t know it was there and thought they were being denied a bathroom break on a 6 hour bus ride.
Overall very thing was fine.

Shana Wthe driver Nguyen Tuyel Nhung was very agressive, rude and blew the horn aggresively the entire trip. There was no way to sleep with the loudness from it all. He yelled during his long phone calls, wouldn't allow us to bring our backpacks on, eat, and was overall very mean in our interactions. We rode with Sao Viet twice, the first time was great with an amazing bis driver, this last time was the complete opposite.

Tommy PNo pillow. Forgot my food bag that the driver forced me to stow in front, even though it was all gifts that I did not intend to consume. No one helped me retrieve the bag. This made me mad.
