Ayman CHK office in Sapa is extremely well organized and professional. Two stops for bathroom on the way as planned. Everything about the trip from Sapa to Hanoi was convenient. Arrival in Hanoi is a bit disorganized but worked.

Navnit SIf going to sapa.or coming back . This is excellent choice.ckean and comfortable. Only issue with all other buses of different company also - timing. They change the bus timing as they see fit. But it is with all the companies. G8 is much better

Gunasunthare SThe bus ride was fine and on time. However upon reaching Hanoi, the driver didn’t direct us to the shuttle van provided. I was misled by a metered taxi which costed me 100k for a 5 mins ride.

Chiara DI waited very long at the point they told me to wait (which was not actually not really there because there was a construction being installed). Then they send me a taxi which drove me 40min to another place where the Bus was waiting. It went alright and I got to my Hostel in the end, but it felt very sketchy, especially since I am a women travelling solo.

Ehrenmann DRough driving style! Instead of using a lower gear when going downhill slightly, the engine brake is used every few seconds. This is very unpleasant in the long run. This is exacerbated when the driver is close to the vehicle in front.

Agnieszka BI booked Daiichi bus, but I was assigned to Sao Viet bus. The bus looked quite old and outdated both outside and inside. The seats had no safety belts (I travelled with other VIP buses before and they had them). There was an unpleasant smell inside the bus. When I was talking to the representative via WhatsApp they told me the pick-up from selected place in Sapa was impossible and I have to go to the bus station (again, I never had such issue with other buses). When I asked for a lower bed, they said they are all sold out. However, when I was in the bus, there were some empty lower seats. Eventually I was moved to the lower one, because the seat of my assigned bed was broken and I couldn’t lay down. The bus arrived before the scheduled time, but in a bit different location than indicated and again, no possibility for a shuttle bus to the hotel in Old Quarter. Overall, I can’t recommend both Daiichii or Sao Viet. Avoid!

Tim DThe bus was perfectly on time, there were enough rest stops, and the driver was smooth and courteous. However, this was a sleeper bus and we discovered that a day trip on a sleeper bus is a bad idea - it would probably be ok if we were sleeping. Please note that if you use this service it is important to read all the PDF information carefully. I missed an important detail which created some confusion, all my fault.

Izzy CWe felt that the driver was rude, he shouted at my friend when she was waiting outside the bus, snatched her shoe bag off her and then shook her shoes out onto the floor and they also opened our curtains up with no warning twice
