I am satisfied with the support. However, the driver's attitude is bad and he drives roughly. I was dropped off at a place other than my destination. I took a taxi instead. The driver from Hanoi to Sapa was a safe driver and kind. The driver from Sapa to Hanoi was the worst driver. Great except for the driver.

Hung was an excellent tour guide. We had a few rebels in our group who weren't really listening to instructions, but he did well to keep everyone together. A funny knowledgeable guide. The stairs were tough because of the heat and humidity, but was a great challenge. The bike ride was fun, relaxing and not intimidating, so perfect if not confident. The boat ride was fantastic with spectacular views. Probably a touch too long as the bottom gets a sore after nearly two hours on a plank of wood, but still so worth the experience. Great day trip overall!

The bus ride itself was fine and comfortable, but the timing was quite annoying. I booked a ride for 830 AM with instructions to show up at 8 AM for check in. The day of travel, I received a message at 645 AM saying my departure was scheduled for 8 AM and I now needed to arrive at 730 AM for check in. I skipped breakfast and hurried to make it in time, just to be stuck waiting for over an hour because the bus didn’t show up until 9 AM

Had a great experience using InterBus from Sapa to Hanoi! I chose the cheapest option (£8) but I must have been upgraded as the cabin was very spacious - it was a love bus with two seats per cabin but the bus was empty so everyone got their own. The cabins were very spacious with lots of leg room, working usb slots, blankets and a water. They made two stops in the 6 hour journey - couldn’t recommend enough :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
