Francisco JBad driver, worst experience that we had. We asked information about the drop-off in Hanoi. Firstly they told that was not possible to do the drop-off. After, we asked again for the drop off in our Hotel they told us that was too far away, instead our hotel was less than 3 km radius from the point and the road was closed, which was not true. No polite with us.

Cheryl SWas scheduled on time, only let down was that I was supposed to be dropped off at a certain location but instead was taken to the main depot and had to walk from there to my location 10 minutes away but otherwise it was great

Wessel SBooked a upper deck and got switched to lower deck for some reason. And the bed in the lower deck was completely broken.. couldn’t lay on it comfortably. I just got an extra blanket to cover the hard spots that were sticking in my back, didn’t really help.

Oleksandr HThere are much better options on the market for almost the same price. The bus was a bit dusty and the curtains were dirty, didn’t even close properly. The fact that they didn’t speak English was not surprising, but surprising was how rude, careless and unsafe the driver was. He saw a passenger stepping off of the bus but probably being impatient he started backing up the bus causing dangerous situation and didn’t even apologize. All the ride he was either talking on the phone loudly or yelling at other drivers on the road.

Tony They were supposed to pick me up at 9:30. I saw that they weren't coming, so I took a taxi for fear I would miss the bus. On the way at 09:50 They called when I was already in the taxi. But the trip was just fine. Very comfortable....2 stops I think 3 stops are needed Thank you very much.

Jason LVehicle was on time. Once travel was underwater I received messages from other drivers asking if I had boarded yet so there was clearly some confusion. The trip overall was almost two hours past the original ETA. There was numerous stops along the way for people and packages and no communication from the driver about what was going on or why. My wife had to give up her seat so another local man could have a sleep. Not impressed given the amount of money we paid. I will review accordingly on google.

Yasmine FWe were assigned seat at the very back of the bus which are much shorter and higher than the rest of the bus seats while my father and I are quite tall. There were people on the bus who were short, staff should think and assign people seats accordingly to ensure optimal comfort.
