I booked the ticket by checking the time. Pick up - 09:30 hrs Drop 14:30 hrs Bus arrived 1 hour late at the pick up point. No proper details was mentioned in the ticket. In between bus stopped 3 times for 30 mins, 20 mins and 5 mins. Finally reached destination approx. 17:00 hrs. That is 2.5 hours from the scheduled time. I paid little extra thinking it was the fastest. 5 hours journey took 7.5 hrs. Missed some prior reservations. Was travelling with kid. Missed afternoon lunch also. Suggestion don't book from this if you didn't have emergency and take 50 % margin time as in my case. Worst experience

I was in first cabin….driver assistant was playing loud music and kept making phone calls very loudly. It was really disturbing and this supposed to be a sleeping bus. But staff made it unpleasant.

Very long stop half an hour into the trip. At the second stop the drivers didn't even check if everyone was back on the bus. Luckily nobody was left behind.

Driver was driving erratically, was on his phone and on video calls while driving and kept using the horn, so it was impossible to sleep.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 – Comfortable ride from Sapa to Hanoi with Sao Viet My bus journey from Sapa to Hanoi with Sao Viet was smooth and overall a good experience. The seats were comfortable, the bus was clean, and everything ran on schedule with no major issues. The only downside was that the charging port at my seat wasn’t working, which made it difficult to keep my phone powered during the long ride. Aside from that small inconvenience, everything went well. I’d still recommend Sao Viet for a reliable and comfortable trip between Sapa and Hanoi.

An overall satisfying experience with HK Bus. The bus was on time with prior notifications and instruction. Bus was comfortable and clean. If you pick the sleeper bus and want to be more comfortable, you should pick lower cabin instead of the upper ones, as it’s less bouncy and more stable.

The bus was very clean and comfortable. It made several stops before reaching Hanoi city, except for rest stops. I wish it would arrive as early as possible.
