Aggressive driver. Left late, and took his sweet time smoking his cig. Spoke close to no English and got irritated with people when they were asking if his bus was the right bus. Physically pulled me off the bus when I put one foot in the bus to start removing my shoes. Was angry with us once we arrived since we had put our luggage in the wrong compartment. Total wacko.

You get what you pay. The bus itself was single cabin and I knew its gonna be that. Low stars due to the provider stating that we will arrive in the old quarter of Hanoi at 9:30pm and we got there at about 11pm
