Very poor customer service and unsafe driving. The driver was on video call while driving and the ETA was 2:00, but we reached the airport around 3:45 pm. Although there were repairs on the bus for 15-20mins, still this was not the projected time and it was a very unsafe trip. Would not recommend at all.

Arrived on time. However I don’t enjoy being woken up for the toilet stop. I would suggest telling passengers the approx timings and leave it up to them to wake for the stop. We also hit a big pot hole which was worrying and caused the vehicle to stop.

Only two downsides. Beds are small even for a middle height. Starting from Sapa at 10pm arrives at 3,30 in Hanoi. So everyone keep in mind that you are going to need a hotel room for this night or you will end up alone in an empty town. Otherwise it’s a must try experience.

The bus wasn’t clean. On the seat were a lot of hairs and we were 5 people and 3 seats were broken. Two seats you couldn’t move and on my seat the belt was broken.

Bus booking was easy. Location and pick up service was good. Service was difficult to contact with the provided numbers. Driver was super aggressive with driving. Could not sleep at all let alone sit still
