Bus was on time and comfortable. Driver was quite rude. Said that it was a Bus for whole journey in description. We were actually woken up 40 mins for Phong Nha and told to get off bus. 4 people plus luggage were loaded into a tiny hatchback car to be driven the rest of the way to the town - not sure was car even a taxi. Was glad not to be travelling alone, as probably would have been a bit afraid. Would not use this service again.

Overall good experience. The communication beforehand was very good. Bus came punctual but unfortunately I had to change into a taxi for the last 30 minutes in the middle of the Night at 2 am. I booked the transfer especially because I knew it would drop me of directly in front of the hostel and I would not have needed to get on a taxi all alone. Not the experience you wish for as a young solo travelling woman. But at least I arrived in time.

The bus is awesome. Maybe if you are over 1.75 cm you won’t have much room in your seat/bed for extended your legs. The bus doesn’t have toilet. You will have usb entry to charge your phone and curtain for more privacy. This bus Ninh Binh-Phong Nha (I believe it will get to Hue) make 2 stops for eating and toilet. I would suggest that you take your own food and do not buy in those places. Not many options and not so fresh, but prices are fine. The first stop will be after 2 hours of driving and another one after 4 hours. I bought the ticket and I receive a message that the bus won’t be on time, so try to put a vnd number to be aware of any changes.

We had the most relaxing bus ride from Tam Coc to Phong Nah! I was a little bit stressed out as the pickup location changed twice, but everything was communicated via WhatsApp. The bus arrived on time (this was a first among all the other buses we had used), it was really clean, and we even arrived half an HR early at our destination. 5 stars for this service 😁

It was the worst bustrip of my life. First of all, the bus was very very dirty. There were even food rests left from like 3/4 weeks ago. Furthermore, my cabin was really dirty. The drivers were really rude and they were smoking inside the bus. We left almost 2 hours late. The driver drove the wrong way on the highway and he drove dangerously overall. I would not recommend at all. Been at 3 other busses and those were perfect, but if I could I would give this one -5 stars.

Clean, comfortable & toilet on board! Our 1 stop was right at the beginning but that was not an issue as we had snacks and used the toilet on board. We managed to sleep relatively well too.
