We arrived 2 hours late to our destination. The driver was very erratic and the ride was bumpy. He wasn’t going to stop for 4 hours and many of us had to use the washroom. Fortunately he did after we asked multiple times. The staff all seemed very grumpy and annoyed that we asked. There was also no where to stop for food until we were almost at our destination so we were very hungry. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could plan accordingly.

Amazing! So comfy, air conditioned, blanket, free water, charging ports, wifi didn’t work but honestly who needs it you will be sleeping haha- curtains for privacy - no toilet on bus but they do have stops - I enjoyed a lot ☺️

The atenttion i received from the company on whatsapp was really helpful and they were really nice. The bus that showed Up was not from “ihome transfer”, it had the name of another company. The bus was ok, it was clean and comfortable. But the plugs didn’t work, the driver was so fast that you thought you were going to fall from your seat, and the staff was quite serious and rude, moving your luggage without telling you. I have travelled in this kind of buses in Vietnam and the experience was so much pleasant…

The driver on the first leg drove wildly, jerking, and braking hard. It was also annoying that there was no toilet on board and the driver and his assistant refused to stop after more than two hours of driving. The driver on the final/second leg drove much more calmly and pleasantly. The 3 stars are therefore mainly due to the second driver. The first half was only worth 1 star.

The actual journey was very good, but we arrived at the bus stop for 7.10 (for a 7.30 departure) to be told that it would be arriving at 8.30 instead! It would have been good to have been informed about this ahead of time.
