Mick RIt was an extremely poor service. To start the bus was 30 minutes late at pick up and nearly an hour late at destination. There were 9 seats in the bus. 4 luxurious arm chairs. Then a 3 seat across the back and 2 up front next to the driver. Why are all seats the same price when the level of comfort is so different. Also NO seat belts were available for the seats across the back and the seat in the middle had no ac. Then to top it all off the driving standard of the driver was nowhere near what I would have expected of a professional coach driver. No road craft, no ability to read the road ahead. His steering, constant harsh acceleration and severe braking proving to make for a most uncomfortable journey home. Mind you half the problem was probably caused by the drivers constant use of his 2 mobile phones. Either reading messages on talking on the phone. Then to finish with he took us off route down some back lanes of a village where we stopped for 5 minutes as he wandered around talking to people on his phone, while we just seat there. Absolutely diabolical service. I always try to pick the positives when reviewing but on this occasion there are none. My recommendation would be to walk rather than use this service!!

CÉcile The driver asked us to be 15 minutes early for a 3 pm departure, and he arrived 45 minutes late. Communication throughout the journey was very poor.

Kamil WThe bus was very comfortable, even luxurious, and the journey from Hue to Da Nang was very pleasant. The only minor drawbacks were the very intense air conditioning and the fact that after purchasing the ticket, we were informed that our return would be an hour early.

Nicholas DBooked for 1700 but was told cancelled and had to get either 1300 or 1900.
Just booked with different provider.
2 stars as comms via WA were good.

Nicholas DFirst time I have used this type of service. On time but did do 3 other pickups, one was in city suburbs. Same in da nang, did a drop off out to West of airport then pulled over and 3 of us were transfered to a car for final leg. 4 stars because it was cheap thus good value bit would probably pay more for something better and faster. Total journey was about 2h 45min

Jenelle MProbably the most comfortable bus I've ever been on. Great communication from staff, safe driving, and the bus was on time. There was even a bathroom break, which I didn't expect for such a short trip.

Petra They ask you to bebready 30' before departure but then arrive 15' late. USB charging not working in the car. Beside that it was an easy way travel and the communication via Whatsapp was good

The bus was luxury, the driving was very good, the communication and overall service from the company also proffesional and timely.
I reccomend the service 120%!

Douglas POn time, nice bus, friendly staff . Toilets on the rest stop where reminiscent of the film Trainspotting but that was out of operators control.

Maryjane The Ac was on full blast and freezing inside car the car used was much smaller then photo driver packed people in. Made the best of it.
