The mini limo bus is a very comfortable and convenient with the hotel pick up. The thing we did not like is that on the pictures there are couch like seats, in reality there are 4 of the big couch seats and then 5 smaller seats (two in front with driver, three at the back). On my seat the seatbelt was also broken. Additionally, the driver we had drove way too fast making the route very bumpy especially without the seatbelt and he made several personal stops along the way.

Someone had smoked in the bus/limousine before we entered. The smell was intense for the 2+ hour ride.

The driver wouldn't let us take 2 certain seats, even though there were plenty of empty seats. The water in the cabin is good, and the air conditioning is very good.

Tried to message them a few times before the trip and got no response. Bus left about on time but was about an hour late to arrive at the destination

Excellent experience. A taxi picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the transfer limo. The driver arrived early but we were informed by phone call. The drive was comfortable and we arrived 20 minutes early. After doing lots of traveling around thailand and vietnam, this was the best. I highly recommend this company.

The ladies in the office at Quy Nhon were really lovely and helpful,the driver was smiley and kind,seats comfortable but unfortunately the WiFi did not work. I’d highly recommend this company.
