The drive itself was crazy though. Jumping from the seat all the time, going into risky situations, not comfortable at all.
There were many stops on the road, seemed like the driver picked up some friends... I don't know, driving from start to finish with a single stop nicely would be much more comfortable than driving like a crazy man and stopping 5 times

Nadine DThe bus was terrible, very dirty, and there was a lot of mold on the ceiling. In my opinion, that's completely unacceptable; it even smelled bad. Luckily, I was only on the bus for two hours. The staff, however, were nice and friendly.

2. Significantly detours, such as taking detours to deliver goods, or having guests pay extra to be taken to distant accommodations, without other guests being informed beforehand. On the bus from Hue to Da Nang, I almost thought I was on the wrong bus going to Hoi An. A 2.5-hour journey turned into 3.5 hours.
3. Detours to pick up more passengers near the destination. My seat was moved several times during the trip, making it impossible to sit comfortably and feeling very cramped.

Mun YPicked up and dropped off later than advertised. Got to my destination one and half hour later than advertised. Driver was very helpful and polite though.
