Amando NDriver was going FAST as expected and hoped. Ride was quite bumpy though. Sitting in the back my stomach went almost funny. Vehicle could use some maintenance regarding it's cushions etc.
Would use this service again since they are very much on time but if you are looking for a relaxed ride, get yourself a train ticket at the station and enjoy the scenic, less bumpy route.

Shiu TDespite ordering a limou van, it was a car that turned up although I was refunded the price difference. I was requested to board at another location at an earlier time due to traffic delays.

Olivier MBad trip, the driver was late (1h30), and the company didn't send any communication.
I got an answer from the Hotline 30 minutes after the planned departure, who told me to wait up to 10 minutes because of the traffic jam.
Finally we had to wait 40 minutes more without any communication. We didn't expect the driver to come. According the others passengers, the driver was desorganized turning around in the city before picking us. We arrived 2h30 late

Leonardo FVan was a few minutes early, quick load and out to the road, which was all great. The driver rejected storing all the luggage we had in the back, which meant carrying a heavy backpack each. Drive itself was easy and safe and we arrived earlier too. Unfortunately driver refused to drop anyone anywhere other than the default drop off point, which was surprising for everyone as some already had arranged with the office for another location and the tickets themselves disclosed we could have a lift within 5km of the standard spot. If it wasn’t for these 2 behaviours from driver would have been 5 stars for sure.

Teodora ŽThe ride was so-so. For our taste, it was a bit too fast and unsafe. I understand that there may be time constraints and that you sometimes have to reach a destination within a certain period, but cutting in between trucks and buses, motorcycles, and other cars like that felt quite unsafe. For most of the trip, we were praying to God just to arrive at our destination without any problems or accidents. All in all, I’m not sure if we would book something like this again.
