Van departed on time and the trip should of lasted around 2 hours to get to our destination, but ended up lasting 3.5 hours. The traffic was totally fluid. The driver was wasting a lot of time looking for some passengers outside of the city. I suspect they were some friends/acquaintances who he was picking up on the way. He also was delivering everyone to their personal homes. After delivering most passengers he later picked up some more friends already inside Danang and delivered all of them to their homes. We ended up last. I don't know if this is normal here, but if it is it should be explicitly indicated before purchase and not advise 2 hour trip, which is impossible achieve if you are delivering everyone to their respective home. Knowing this we would of selected a different carrier for our trip to get twice as fast than we did.

I booked the shared van at 10:00. The ticket said be there 45 min before departure time. So i was there at 9:15. The said to me comeback at 10:30. By 11:00 the van finally arrived. The other people on the van were told to be at the location at 10:45. The driver was driving very fast so we arrived at 13:00. An hour after original arrival time.

At fist everything seemed great, we got a confirmation via WhatsApp about. But they also asked if we could leave 30min later, for us not that big of a problem, but a little bit unpleasant. The pick up went smoothly, but then the driver went and picked up more people and started to try reseat us, from our booked comfy seats in the back, to the front seats next to him. After we refused and showed him our voucher, he parked at the side of the road for half an hour and called some people till the guys sitting behind us were reseated in the back and the other guest got their seats. So with a bit more than an hour delay an some discussion (driver was also not the friendliest) we went of to our destination. The driving skill was questionable. We used a lot of busses and vans in Vietnam during our travel but this one was by far the most insecure one (in our opinion). In summery, the booking and communication via WhatsApp was great, but the rest wasn't really good but we arrived alive and were allowed to stay in our seats. If I could I would give 2.5 stars out of 5.

Shared car from Hue to Da nang stopped more time than the public bus. Took way longer than what booking said because multiple stops. Advertised as 1 pick up point and 1 drop off point.
