Great experience on my bus with Tan Quang Dung VIP Luxury 22 sleeper from Hanoi to Hue. Coach was clean and in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Had toilet though I didn't use it. Didn't discover any WiFi and none of the staff spoke english. I would recommend this bus although note that on this trip you are dropped off at a rest stop and taken in to Hue by taxi car. I didn't know this and was confused as to what was going on. Very good service and arrived early.

General, was nice. The bus could be better if the seat could manage. The seat only have 1 position (lay down), but if we want to be seated reading or other thing is not possible. Also my seat belt was not working. The rest was ok.

Very old bus, the aircon and usb ports were broken. There was no seat for the seatbelt and I was dropped off somewhere else than what was mentioned on the ticket

New and clean bus. As good as it could have been. It left a few hours earlier than it was supposed to, but they communicated that thru whats app so no problem really.

we selected the VIP cabin thinking we would have a nice cabin but their all literally the same seats, just a bit greedy advertising VIP for more money when it’s all the same…the bus driver also ripped the curtain open which i thought was so rude. the woman at the ticket office was also very rude as she saw loads of us just stood there and didn’t think to say anything to us and it’s not like she was extremely busy to the point she couldn’t of just helped us regardless if she spoke english or not

Bizarre experience. I arrived at the Hanoi departure location, an extremely dingy office, ready to check in for my 8pm bus as per the instructions on my ticket. The woman sat behind the desk was just another passenger and didn't work there - in fact, no one worked there or was there to check people's tickets. Good thing I arrived early though as a bus arrived (different to the one pictured on my ticket) at around 7.15pm - I waited around believing my bus would arrive later, but as the only person left sitting in the office, the driver started yelling at me to get on the bus. I told him this is a different bus but he insisted it was the right one, and literally pushed me on board and into a bed. The journey itself was pretty comfortable, the bus had a toilet and the bed was nice enough. I arrived in Hue 2 hours early, still with no idea whether I was ever on the right bus.
