Elena PWe had seats 29 and 30 at the back, and they were perfect for my partner because, being 1.90 meters tall, he could stretch out and let his feet stick out. The driver made us move, claiming those seats were for three people and that the bus was full. In reality, two girls ended up sitting there, and no one ever took the third seat.
Moreover, in the middle of the night, the driver went to the toilet and left the door open, so we all had to listen to the sounds of him doing his business.

Anton WThe cleanliness and quality of the bus, I wasn't event sent to the bus I booked but another. There was a strong cigarette odor and one couldn't breath properly due to the driver smoking inside the bus all the time.

Paula PDespite the bad weather, the bus still departed as scheduled. The staff informed us in advance and even helped us book a taxi to the pick-up point to avoid traffic jams, which was really helpful. Also the bus was clean and comfortable ❤️

Michele KThe communication with the operator was sometimes really difficult. We had to change the departure time or otherwise our booked ticket got canceled. Like why do you sell a specific time when it's already full?
And we arrived way earlier in the morning than told.

Christian MOverall nice, bus stops could be more frequent, as toliet breaks are somewhat far apart. other than that, comfortable beds (if youre over 1.75 you wont be able to stretch your legs but laying on your side is fine) no snacks provided, a small bottle of water. a cozy blanket was provided.

Victoria Great experience on my bus with Tan Quang Dung VIP Luxury 22 sleeper from Hanoi to Hue. Coach was clean and in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Had toilet though I didn't use it. Didn't discover any WiFi and none of the staff spoke english. I would recommend this bus although note that on this trip you are dropped off at a rest stop and taken in to Hue by taxi car. I didn't know this and was confused as to what was going on. Very good service and arrived early.

Jorge PGeneral, was nice. The bus could be better if the seat could manage. The seat only have 1 position (lay down), but if we want to be seated reading or other thing is not possible.
Also my seat belt was not working.
The rest was ok.
