the trip was perfect, the drivers were well coordinated and everything went smooth. only the whatsapp number given before, wasnt working so I was a bit nervous previous to the trip since nobody was answering!

WhatsApp message a few hours before to confirm the booking which was nice, but it was accompanied by a photo of the pick of point, except the shop represented in the photo did not exist (big up to our Grab driver for double checking we were at the right address). The bus was comfortable and had a toilet, which was very nice! On a less positive note, the WiFi advertised was not working, one of the seats didn’t fully recline and we got no help from the chauffeur and two different people came during the night and opened the curtains of my bunk which was a little unerving

Couldn’t fault it really, left 10 mins late but the ride was comfortable and not much honking. Was able to sleep although the driver was driving a little fast at some points.

They didn'pay any attention to the luggage. They put my bag next to a motorbike and when we arrived my bag was very dirty.

The cleanliness and quality of the bus, I wasn't event sent to the bus I booked but another. There was a strong cigarette odor and one couldn't breath properly due to the driver smoking inside the bus all the time.

Despite the bad weather, the bus still departed as scheduled. The staff informed us in advance and even helped us book a taxi to the pick-up point to avoid traffic jams, which was really helpful. Also the bus was clean and comfortable ❤️

There wasn't wifi. There wasn't WC If you are 1.80 cm or over, you can't lay completely.
