The bus was on time and the seats were decent, but the drivers made it Very disappointing. Even though our ticket said to arrive 30 minutes early, we received a message the same day asking us to be there an hour ahead. After a taxi issue, we arrived 20 minutes before departure, but the drivers were already tense and rude. They refused to let my wife use the restroom, and when she asked about the next stop, all they said was, “Can’t talk. Sit down.” Later, they stopped for around 30 minutes to smoke and eat. I guess the rush wasn’t really about the schedule—just about getting to their personal break. Which is fine, but a little courtesy would’ve gone a long way.

The bus picked us up 30minutes late, then it stopped for about an hour in Hanoi and during the road it also stopped long time. We ended up arriving 2:30h later than what it was originally scheduled. And they dropped us off before our stop so we had to walk (and then they passed by our stop)

I booked this bus because it was the latest and supposed to arrive at 5am. But the drivers pick us up 1 hour and we arrived at 3 am.

Bus does not look like on pictures. The operator will put you on a big bus with multiple other companies. On the pickup place you will be put in taxi that brings you to the bus.

Bus was late arriving, driver spent the whole journey beeping and speeding to overtake other vehicles. When we arrived to Ha Giang, they transferred us to a minibus. The driver then left, while the bus was still running. We were left waiting for 25 minutes or so for a new driver to arrive.

(April ‘25 - Hanoi to Ha Giang) A fantastic service through and through, it’s clear to see that any feedback has been actioned by this company, the staff communicated clearly and explained when the two stops would be and for how long, lay flat seats were comfy and spacious with good AC and blankets provided, and timings were as given when booking on 12Go. They also dropped us off at our hotels and hostels when we got to the Ha Giang bus stop. I’d highly recommend this company for the journey to Ha Giang!!
