They didn’t understand a word of English, we found the place by sheer luck because the directions they gave us were minimal, the place was unbearably cold even after turning off the air conditioning, our suitcases arrived covered in dust, the blankets were dirty — honestly, it was shameful.

Pratistha MThe company sent us on the wrong bus. The bus wasn’t what I booked. The bus was very uncomfortable. The bus stopped in Hué and the driver told us it was the last stop. I was confused and one of the staff told us a car will come after 20 min to pick us up which will take us to Danang. We waited for 1 hour and still no one was there. The staffs were ignoring my question when asked again when will a vehicle come. In about 1hr 15 min a van had come which took us to the bus stop. The got us in another bus and dropped us in Danang. The second much was much comfortable. How ever the change of the vehile was unexpected. The bus was super uncomfortable.

Kimberly LHighly recommend this bus. It was extremely comfortable and the seats were spacious. There were sufficient restroom breaks and the communications were made in english and vietnamese.

Adam First of all was giving the wrong time for the journey, was told be at meeting point at 19:30. Got a call at 18:00 asking where I was that the bus was waiting for me. I had messages proving the wrong time was sent to me but even when I got there 15 minutes later they were still giving out blaming me for their mistake.
The bus itself was clean and comfortable but the WiFi didn’t work and my charging point didn’t work unless charger was held in. There was also no toilet paper in toilet.
We made lots of stops only one where we were told to get off, they picked up passengers and packages. The total time was just over 16 hours and not the 14.5 we thought we were purchasing.

Antonia EThe bus was mouldy everywhere. I wore a mask the whole 17 hours but it didn’t help and my health was in a very bad condition afterwards. The seats/ beds were kinda comfortable but very old and broken in a lot of spots.
Driver was often stopping at random places, talking to someone for a minute and then going again. We arrived 45 min late although its was not because of traffic. The bus had a toilet and power for charging phones.
