The pick up was half an hour before the departure time in Da Nang but we were notified by Whatsapp well in advance, with an easy pick up location to find. The bus was really nice and enough space, maybe a little short for tall people but it was fine for the two of us. We arrived 2 hours in advance to Ninh Binh. I recommend 100%

We were given a map and a pin with incorrect location in the reservation confirmation. Good that we came 40min before departure because it took us 30min od going back and forth contacting the company on whatsapp and getting help from random bus drivers to finally find the vehicle which was a few streets from the original location we were given. The ride itself was comfortable, we were given water and it was 9 not 12h therefore I give it 3 stars.

The times were different to the booking by more than 2 hours. The staff were not accomodating. The seats we booked were upper cabin- we were refused upper cabin.

The driver smoke cigarettes inside bus, and talk in mobile so loud and he use the horn of the bus a lot a lot a lot in all our way, he drive me crazy and The co driver or the person beside driver sleep in the isle between beds and the noisy with his mobile And when he slept his snoring so loud So I can’t sleep from noise both of them … The blanket it’s not totally clean it makes my itchy and bite by the bugs I found an old chocolate bar beside my bed Lcd not working . We booked a vip bus with only two rows of beds, but got changed into another bus with a different departure time with three rows because the first bus was full. So it was a little bit unfortunate that we got a different bus than we paid for. But overall our bus ride was good, but a little bit crowded(with people in the hall way) and no toilet.
