even there was other seats available, ithey gave me the last seat, over the wheels, and it wasnt possible to even seat because the space was too short. and they drop me off in a different place from what i bought.

Very disappointing experience. The drivers were extremely rude and kept pushing us without saying a single word, which was both disrespectful and shocking. On top of that, they were smoking cigarettes inside the bus throughout the trip. The smell was unbearable and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

Comfy ride, bus stopped slightly up the street and did not have 'Queen Tourist' on it as expected, so it was a bit confusing initially. Bus was comfy and made toilet stops when needed, however we were not dropped at the specified location, and arrived like 2 hours early no information available about shuttles, difficult to find taxis on Grab.

I picked seat during ticket ordering and when I came driver showed me random seat but not the one I picked, what the hell? That person started to shout, moreover this so to say driver is a fraud. He stops in a special place where his gang members already waiting to sell you their services 5 times more expensive than usual. They picked the spot specially cause grab drivers don’t go there!!!! FRAUD

The Bus left at 6pm instead if 8pm so we arrived at 5am which was not great. And they tried to give us the smallest compartments. There was a guy from the company watching loud videos right next to us until 10 pm.

The pick up was half an hour before the departure time in Da Nang but we were notified by Whatsapp well in advance, with an easy pick up location to find. The bus was really nice and enough space, maybe a little short for tall people but it was fine for the two of us. We arrived 2 hours in advance to Ninh Binh. I recommend 100%
