Well, I got there in one piece. And was able to sleep for most of it. But I could barely fit in the sleeper cabin (I’m 5’9”), and the driver was driving pretty crazy, at least in the city. There were a few times he braked quite hard which woke me up and made me think I was about to die. In the city, he was driving, honking, and yelling like a madman, but it didn’t bother me too much with my earplugs in. The shuttle driver in Da Nang was driving like an ambulance driver on meth, I was seriously worried he was going to cause an accident. If you can, I’d definitely recommend taking a flight instead. It’s probably cheaper too.

They dropped us not in final destination as on the ticket. And we have forced by some local taxi to take them. They are rude. They drove crazy, make us headache 🤕.

It was a good experience. I was worried after reading the reviews, but the trip went fine. The bus was comfortable, the lights were dimmed, and there was no music. The driver honked almost the entire night, which explains why we arrived three hours earlier than expected. But for me, it was okay.

The experience was not so nice. Along the trip there was a time where they let some strangers get in on the bus and it was so loud and noisy.

1) The bus crew was rude, one guy screamed at me a few times. 2) No instructions in English, either written or spoken 3) The seat in the bus is a horizontal cubicle that is designed for the smaller body of Vietnamese people. Besides that they gave me the last seat on the right side of the bus. The engine was just behind me, which made it impossible to sleep. 4) Upon arrival in Hanoi, they just open the luggage doors and each person has to somehow get his own stuff, there's nobody to help.

They did us to wait 45 min before the time to go of the bus and the bus will arrive late, 30 min late of the departure time. During the trip the driver was doing sounds (cough all the time, shuting instead of talking with the lower voice, videostreaming) and smoking and the charge for batteries didn’t work, they did not tell us anything about stops. Also no water in the bathroom and nor tissues.
