Jan MDeparture and arrival times were precise. My backpack was little bit dirty (black stains) after transfer so I recommend putting it in some cover. Bus was really clean. Beds are small for europeans but its not that bad. Stops were kinda unpredictable. First stop after 20 minutes, second after 3 hours for food in restaurant, third stop after 6 hours.

Ming SThe VIP bus didn't send us direct to Danang. Instead leave us at 75km from Danang. The bus staff told us to use the Mini Van to Danang.
The Mini Van driver drove very very fast. I told the driver to slow down but he didn't care & continue to drive very fast until reached the bus terminal. I am really very very disappointed with the service. The driver didn't care for our safety. Hope that you will look into this matter.
The VIP bus staff also didn't inform us that the bus was not going to Danang direct. The service is really lousy.

Crystle KTimely, took a bathroom break 2 hours into the trip and then 6 hours into the trip. Driver was safe on the road. Did blast music near the end of the trip and drivers would talk loudly to each other in the beginning, so be sure to bring foam earplugs to use.

Aji POverall is good, but the bus only provide the proper rest area once while having dinner. After that, the bus didn't stop at rest area. Customer can ask to stop for pee, but the bus just stop on the side of the road.

Tina KContinuous honking, did not get the right bus (paid for a better bus) to only be switched to the right bus after 11 hours of travel with only 2 hours left.
We were allocated to different seats than ours becauqe they had to transport so many boxes that they had no space for our bags in the storage space. Boxes even went on the seats in the bus.
