Hands down the best bus company / service in we’ve used in Vietnam. The bus arrived on time, was very comfortable and spacious with massage chairs provided. We made 2 stops on our journey and these were clearly communicated with the times allocated with the driver pressing a button before each stop. Driving was also very smooth. Organised and well run!

Great bus ride very clean. Instructions on meeting point not very clear or specific. Drivers seem to always be in a hurry. It could be the language barrier. Over all just arrive early and they’ll find you.

Arrived safe. It was a bumby ride. Meet up point was hard to find as it’s not a bus station but rather a hotel. Bus driver picked up vegetables not on the route and dropped it off - passenger waited. Passenger drop off point also has not shed and not lighted (not a proper bus station). It was difficult as it was raining when we were dropped off in hanoi.
