كانت الخدمة في الموعد المحدد. لم تكن المركبة الظاهرة في الصورة هي المركبة المستخدمة. كانت الحافلة الصغيرة ضيقة. اخترت هذه الشركة لأن الحافلة بدت مريحة، لكنها لم تكن كذلك. في الطريق إلى الرصيف، كان السائق يلاحق السيارات عن كثب ويطلق بوق سيارته عليها. كان تصرفه عدوانيًا بلا داعٍ. لم يعجبني توقف الحافلة في محطات إضافية. لم أجد أي إشارة إلى ذلك. لم أكن لأختار هذه الشركة لو كنت أعلم أنها تتوقف في محطات متعددة.

The service was on time. The vehicle pictured was not the vehicle used. The minibus was cramped. I chose this company because the bus looked comfortable, it was NOT.
On the way to the pier the driver was tailgating a number of cars and blowing his horn at them. It was unnecessarily aggressive. I didn't like that the bus made extra stops. I didn't see where this was mentioned. I wouldn't have chosen this company if I had known it made multiple stops.

when i arrived at the port, they told me that the ferry that i paid was already gone at 4pm. so i hade to pay again and take another ticket…
such a bad organization!!

I think they booked too many people for our bus so they put us in the next one which one 1 hour after our initial departure time... without telling us!

Skilled driver, not wasting time and arriving on time even though there where quite much traffic on the route. Smooth transfers, no worries or stress.

We booked a connection departing at 12:00 from Ekkamai. We arrived in advance at 10:00. But the woman there told us that the bus is full and we have to wait until 14:00. What? We booked our seats online in advance. How is it even possible that you sell more tickets for a connection than how many people can actually fit in. We payed at your website and the price was about 100 baht higher then if we bought it at the station. So if I pay a higher price I expect also higher service. Not to wait for a connection which departures 150 minutes later than what I booked. Yes we departed at 14:30 even though we booked a connection at 12:00.
