The trip was sold as a taxi+boat pickup, giving the impression that one would be picked up by a taxi and transferred to the boat. Actually; it was a shared minivan + bus + boat transfer. We ended up with a ridiculous situation in which we had to be ready at 7:30 at the hotel; the minivan showed up 8:25; drove 30 minutes through Surat Thani to pick up someone else and finally dropped us at the main office of Phantip that was effectively 500 meters from the hotel. The bus that was supposed to leave at 9; didn’t leave until 9:15. So we almost travelled 2 hours for 500 meters, thinking we booked a trip via 12go to exactly avoid such trip. I’m quite disappointed.
