Absolute garbage. Will never book through anyone else other than Ekajaya in future. Our early boat was cancelled, we were told due to mechanical failure but it was obvious they were lumping 2 boats together due to lack of sales as these boats often do. The next boat didn't leave for another 3 hours. A hot and awful wait on the jetty while a ton of other boats came and went. Then we finally left the port only to turn around and go back to fetch more passengers adding an additional 40 minutes or so to the trip. My driver on the other end was dicked around so much. Honestly, I wont even use 12go again because my experience with my other trips have been negative. One I cancelled due to a shocking experience with Scoot and booked directly with Ekajaya. It was the only positive experience I had. 12go did nothing to resolve the issue with the other fare refusing a refund. Won't use 12go again for Bali ferries.

Best operator for Gili trip, the boat is pretty big and safe for rough sea. The facility inside the boat very good, the TV, we watch the movie the whole journey.

AC not working. Smelled engine exhaust through open doors. Was sprinkled with water through open window. Plastic vomiting bags were in high demand. I preferred fresh air so went on the upper deck. Got completely wet there from the big waves the boat was racing through. Arrived drenched. But happy we arrived safe. Also departed 30min late, and spent another hour stopping on two other islands before going to destination. But thats really minor to the rough ride we had.

Boats are always running late (1-2hours) so it ends up taking the full day I would recommend travelling early. We have travelled on a few of these island boats and this is one of the bigger boats so feels safer.

When we got picked up we stopt at 3 more islands that was not told us so we got a delay of 45 min its better to inform the people that there are more stops on the way back
