At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that while we are closely monitoring the services, we are still an agency marketplace. That means we focus on ticketing services and route availability & coverage rather than on the factual seat reclining angle you will get on the bus today.

I got extremely seasick and the guys on the boat were so caring and helpful, looked after me and made sure I was ok even after getting off the boat. Brought me water and sat with me while I was sick over the back. Really great service cannot thank them enough!

The boat arrived about 45 minutes late and the trip actually took longer than 30 minutes (about 45 minutes in total). So we ended up arriving more than an hour late. The staff at the port in Sanur were friendly and helpful.

There was no pier and I had to take my shoes off and walk through the water to get on the boat!!!! It was disgusting. I wanted to ask one of the guys from the boat to give me a piggy back ride, but they did not speak even speak English. Also, I wanted to go to the upper deck and they sort of yelled at me saying I can't and there were other people there, so I did it anyways. Not the best experience at all. At least the boat did not sink and it brought me to the island.

Was a smooth journey from Sanur to Nusa Penida. It was easy to find them at the harbor, they collected your luggage from you so you didn’t have to bother with it, and offered a free ride to our accomodation once we arrived in Nusa Penida. Check with them before assuming yours will be included free of charge since I believe it’s based on your location. Only thing I didn’t like was that boarding the boat you had to get into the water. I’m 5 ft 4in and it was above my hips and I was wearing pants since I was unaware this would be the case. Made for a slightly uncomfortable boat ride but overall a good experience.

All passengers needed to climb down via rocks and then go into the water to reach the boat in Sanur. The pier in Penida was ok. Passengers did not get safety vests. The trip took longer than the 30 min

The boat was quite difficult to find. The instructions prior were difficult to follow, so we were unsure which boat to board since there were multiple boats at Sanur beach leaving for Penida. Other than that, the boat was quick, efficient, and took great care of our luggages
