After informing the driver and getting off for a toilet break, I was simply left behind by the bus. As they had driven off with my luggage still on board, I had to arrange for it to be returned on the return journey. When I went to collect it at the agreed time the following day, a member of staff at reception—who hadn’t been briefed on the matter—tried to shoo me away, saying that I was responsible for my luggage and that there was nothing they could do. Although I managed to get my luggage back, I never received a single apology, and I cannot forgive the way he tried to intimidate me and brush me off.

The bus was on time, seats were comfy, drivers were respectful, there were free water bottles for customers, we had a stop in a very good restaurant on the road and the bus actually arrived almost one hour earlier than planned.

I managed to booked same day, bus was on time and provided bottle of water We were 20min delayed in my destination because of the traffic We had 1 stop to use toilet and grab something to eat If needed Overall good experience

To find the Bus was a bit hard because it also has another plattform with the number 8. the bus was really good, and i felt safe as a woman alone. but they let you out on a big crossing which is not in rishikesh. it takes about 2h drive to reach the touristic part of rishikesh. there where also no taxis or online taxis available.

Good ride nice stop in between for breakfast. Only downside they drop you off the roadside before the town and you have to take a taxi to town center. Taxi was the same price as the bus ride sooo not bad :D
