I have requested for a refund numerous times because of their incompetence, but they would prefer to shift the blame to me instead. I also reported them as a scam and to the tourist department of travel

Pavel NThe drive from Da Nang to Hue was absolutely terrifying. I genuinely feared for my life the entire time. The driver behaved as if he was in a race — speeding excessively, overtaking dangerously, and driving aggressively toward other vehicles. There was no sense of caution or responsibility. I cannot recommend this service to anyone who values their safety.

Sarah TWe left with 45 minutes late because of tourists we had to wait. Finally we had to catch them up at their hotel. We lost precious time and we did not understand the policies. There is a time departure. If you are not on time you just don't have to make everyone late.
