Worst serivice I have ever booked. The service was contracted for 10 AM. But the driver text me that the service is delayed between 10:30 and 11 AM. A little delay is not a big deal and it’s okay. However, the problem comes when the driver arrived at 11:45 AM while the company was texting me all this time saying that the driver is almost there. They basically lay all time. Futheremore, the limousine van that we were expecting was not a van, was a simple car of 6 seats shared with other people. So, don’t believe on the photos

I'm so grateful! The app didn't process my ticket in time, but they still contacted me to see what had happened. I had booked another ticket that ended up being canceled, and when I contacted them again, they offered me all their help. They came to pick me up and got me there in time to catch the night bus. I booked a ticket from Da Nang to Hue. The journey started on time and was otherwise normal. However, we didn't reach our destination, and the bus driver dropped all the passengers off about 1.4 km before the address printed on the ticket. A horde of taxi and scooter drivers were waiting there, all eager to take us onward for a hefty price. I then ordered a Grab; it's not about the extra cost, but about the feeling of being cheated. Please stop this rip-off!

The trip itself was good, only 1,5 h late as the driver wasn’t on time and then we had to pick up another couple somewhere else as they left the meeting point and went to a shopping mall, ending up not coming as they didn’t want to sit in the front. We even waited for them in front of the shopping mall for another 25 minutes.

Driver asked us of the address of our hotel to drop us off in Da Nang. He confirmed the address. In Da Nang, the driver drops off three passengers of they wanted, but 5 passengers remained dropped off the side of the road. No explanation. He said, "His route was done. Get off the van." 6 or 7 miles away from the remaining passengers!!!
