So much space and the seats are really VIP and comfortable.

Ben PPoor overall experience. Scheduled to leave da nang at 10am and arrive in hue by 12pm, but we didn’t leave da nang until 11:45am due to driver doing some cash in hand pick up and drop off jobs. No communication or clarity as to what was happening. When in hue he refused to take us to the drop off spot highlighted on the ticket, instead taking us to people’s houses for parcel drop offs. lack of safety led to us getting out of the bus soon after as we didn’t trust him and would rather pay for a grab from there. Maybe a one off, but one to watch out for if solo travelling or wanting to avoid doubling your journey time.

Cristina PVery bad experience, dishonest and unreliable company. The limousine is not real, they send a small car instead.
Delayed by 1 hour but lied about it asking me to go early and then waiting for an hour. They said they will drop me off at the hotel because of the delay but when I arrived in the city the driver asked me to get off at a random location and called me a grab motorbike even though I had luggage 2 backpacks. On the return trip the car did not show up, and they stopped responding on WhatsApp. Do not recommend this company. Take the big bus or share a taxi instead. Hue - Da Nang.

Lynn BThe drive was scheduled from 16.30 to 18.30. Driver arrived 30 minutes late. We then drove around stopping and picking up multiple people before actually heading to our destination. This left us arriving 2.5h late. The drive itself was fine and comfortable enough, but so much delay is unacceptable.

Lailim KOur trip was quite good, drivers were professionals, we got our destination very fast and in a comfort. An operator was always in touch. Although there are some notes that influenced our impression: not all drivers speak English, for tourist-oriented area it is very important issue and no choice of the seats was unpleasant, when driver points you where to sit. Overall, I recommend 12Go.Asia for its easy booking and fast confirmation and good service!

Jennifer ROn time, very convenient for those with luggages, very neat and fast, enough legroom, passengers are quiet and respectful. I tried to take the train for a comparison coming back from Hue to Da Nang, but not doing that again. Choose this option if you are in a hurry, you want comfort and convenience.
