J’ai reçu, avant le départ, des messages whatsapp de conducteurs différents. Ça prêtait à confusion. Ils m’ont donné rdv à un autre lieu que celui prévu initialement (alors que j’avais réservé en fonction de ça). L’un d’eux m’a demandé une photo de moi, c’est complètement inapproprié. Quand on donne une location précise avec Google maps, si on veut vérifier l’identité de la personne, on demande les papiers d’identité en cas de doute ! Le bus s est arrêté après seulement 30 minutes, ils nous ont fait attendre pendant une heure. Il semble que nous étions beaucoup à avoir réservé avec cette compagnie et ils ont voulu nous mettre dans un bus plus grand. L’organisation était nulle !!! Pas de chance, nous avons eu des embouteillages à Hanoi (ce n’était pas de leur faute), nous sommes arrivés avec presque 2h de retard. Je ne bloque une bus « luxurieus » pour être traitée comme du bétail !!! Je veux un remboursement

The vehicle was not what was pictured on the app. The driver left my friend in the restroom when we stopped and had a very bad attitude when I asked him to stop so she could get back on the bus. He threw our bags on the ground when we arrived (not in the old quarter) about a 15 minute walk away. There was no communication and service was poor

The bus was late due to other guests instead of coming between 7:30 and 7:40 it came at 8:15. The bus driver was driving fast after that and hitting the brake often and making the trip uncomfortable.
