Organisatorisch tiptop. Für die Wetterbedingungen, die den Bootstrip sehr unangenhem machten, konnten die Crew nichts machen :-). Take a sickness-pill!! Also children!
The boat over to Mainland was very comfortable. clean, modern. No wifi or electrical plugs at the seats but it was comfy.
moving from Boat to Bus was a bit awkwardly handled. People were confused about the which exit to use. Staff is not well trained in communicating to the customers where we are supposed to go. All feels handled in the vibe that we have all done this many times.
Bus was built for tall people! Enough leg room to not have to sit sideways or put your feet in the way of others. Had power USB plugs for each seat. Got a bread and milk box as well. Cold, bring a layer of clothes.
The trip was great: departures and arrivals were on time, the staff was friendly, attentive and always helped on time. Everything was clear. We started at exactly 8 am. First, we went for about 3 hours on a catamaran, called at Koh Phangan and Koh Tao; then we arrived at Chumphon. There we were directed to check-in and there was more than half an hour left before boarding the bus. We calmly managed to visit the toilets, and who wanted = ate) It took us about 5 hours to get to Hua Hin, we stopped for half an hour to have lunch at a roadside cafe/shop. It was very nice that they sold fresh fruit slices there) We arrived in Hua Hin on schedule at 18:00. In short, I was very pleased with the quality of service and the trip itself. Thank you)
Everything was great! First we take a ferry, it was big and comfortable. On the ferry you can choose first or second floor, the seats on the second floor are more comfortable. Then we changed vehicle to VIP bus and I can say that to take ticket for the VIP bus was our best decision - it's has very comfortable foldable seats, water and blanket. Also I like place where pit stop was made - there are a lot of souvenirs and options of food and drinks for reasonable price. Our bus was late for about 30min, but for us it was OK and actually there was an information about possible delay in the voucher
