Treffpunkt hat alles funktioniert. Nach ca 2 1/2h haben wir nochmal einen Stop gemacht und sind dann durchgefahren. Sitze waren ok gewesen und man konnte auch das Handy laden.
Auch mit der Fähre hat alles funktioniert.
We are the last 2 to get on the bus and couldt sit next to each other. This is for a 8 hour bustrip not very nice but we survived offcourse! Also the bus was about 30 minutes late but i suggest that can happen.
Avoid Montanatip! The bus company has absolutely no idea about the guidance of a travel group. At every stop it was not sure what is going to happen next. Instead the operators screamed around and did not give any understandable instructions. At Sura Thani many travelers were deducted with overpriced taxi rides to their accommodations. Better book Lomprayah - even if it’s more expensive.
Worried after reading reviews, but we were picked up on time, arrived on time, offered taxi service for arrival to island, we didnt accept after reading reviews, but the lady was correct, it was 400 baht for 15 min journey to hotel, same as she offered. Bus was comfortable, ac, blanket / water, breaks for toilet / food (unsure why people bad reviews for this, its a long drive for the drivers)
We paid for VIP and priority assistance. Bus broke and was replaced by sub-standard vehicle hours later
Staff on the bus talked loudly while peolpe tried to sleep. 3, 4, 5 an in the morning.
Low quality communication with passengers. Didn't know what to expect, where to disembark etc.
I found the awrvice decidedly unpleasant
The VIP bus was great - spacious, neat ans comfortable
On the other hand, the catamaran trip was terrible. The ride was so rough that many passengers got seasick and were vomiting. A very uncomfortable way to travel. Staff were helpful (probably used to this), but it didn’t save the experience.
Tip: If you’re traveling with kids, avoid the express catamaran and take the regular ferry.
Un gros manque d'information sur l'organisation du voyage, nous ne savions pas dans quelle ville le bus s'arrête pour prendre prendre le ferry. Nous n'avons pas été informé qu'une navette était nécessaire.
Le bus est arrivé avec 45 minutes de retard
et nous a chargé comme du bétail. les wc du bus étaient dans un état lamentable avec en option leur odeur dans tout le bus pendant 5 heures.
Seul point positif, le tarif abordable, le confort des sièges inclinable, la bouteille d'eau et le plaid fourni.
