We had booked for two families (eight people). At the pier, I met several people who had apparently booked the same route. In the end, they put 12 of us in a completely overbooked van, and since there was hardly any room for our luggage, they promised to transfer us to a larger bus after two kilometers. The larger bus was a huge, almost fully occupied coach. Out of concern for the two babies, we tried to discuss whether we could continue our journey in the van now that it was free, but this only resulted in a call to the service hotline, where I was yelled at loudly. We arrived safely in the end, but we had booked something else. This is Thailand, it's different, and 10 years ago I wouldn't have cared, but with small children I can do without this kind of adventure

In summary: 45 minutes late to our hotel, they demanded an extra charge even though we had already paid for the pickup in Samui. The van ride was unpleasant because the driver was speeding, exceeding the speed limit. Upon arrival, we were left to fend for ourselves, waiting 20 minutes before seeing another van. I therefore do not recommend this company.

The van that picked us up barely has working AC and enough room for everyone’s bags. It was a long drive in sweltering heat. It was not enjoyable. Once we got on the ferry it was fine.

The trip was smooth, but when we arrived the van driver unexpectedly demanded 100 THB per bag, claiming overweight without checking. It felt like a scam, and we were the only passengers he charged

The bus service changed without telling us. The journey started half an hour later without notification. The new mini van company charged us more money of 200 Baht for oversized luggage which was covered with the other company in the price. We cannot recommend the service.

Comfortable air conditioned vehicle included toilet stop en route. Left early and arrived at the ferry port early. Ferry was huge and very stable no issues at all with the trip.

Double backed to pick up passengers, so therefore in a rush to meet scheduled time. Overtaking, speeding. I wouldn’t use again because of dangerous driving, especially on wet roads. On the flip side, I obviously made it 😳
