Our experience with this bus company was really disappointing. The bus was 1 hour and 15 minutes late, and because of that, we almost missed our flight. They were also supposed to pick us up and take us to the hotel, but that never happened.

It was pretty good. The operator contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm the pickup and offer the option to adjust the pick-up and drop-off locations. As a result, we were able to make a stop right in front of our hotel.

Well organized (pick up and dropp off) But what they dont tell you is that you might not get the services (wifi or good seat) because they fill the minibus till the front seat next to driver. Not great to be pack with no much space, nor comfort, electricity plug etc.. That being said for 2h, you can enjoy the view 😉

Ride was good and we reached quickly but the pick up info is not detailed enough for foreigners. Pick up area is very vague and no vehicle info was given. The car was also 25 minutes late. You have to call and confirm details, which is difficult if you don’t speak Vietnamese or have a local sim card.
