Everything worked well, except that the vehicle looked nothing like promised and no one warned us. When I asked they said the vip bus allegedly broke down on the way to pick us up. Really disappointed.

From Hoi An to Da Nang - 6 passengers in 1 normal car.... Crazy. And we changed to a Limousine bus from Da Nang and it was much better. The driver was 50 mins late. But at least we are safe to our destination.

It was very ok… I booked a limousine but what showed up was a 7 seater car that was very cramped. The driver also stopped a few times without warning or telling us why before getting back in. He then had a flat tire - but got that fixed no problem. Drove safely and got us there in time - so ok and got us there but not what we expected.

The transfer was scheduled for 3:30 PM, but the driver contacted me at 1:00 PM because I had to be at the hotel for the pick-up at 1:30 PM. I was on an excursion that I had to abandon to rush back to the hotel. It didn't seem right.

From Hanoi to Hue - everything was very smooth and professional. We received a WhatsApp immediately after booking with clear instructions and an update on the day. We had a changeover but everything was very smooth and vehicles were clean, comfortable and drivers were friendly.

Bus was 30 minutes late, travel office wasn’t even open yet when we arrived on time for the departure.

We waited 1 hour expecting the bus as shown on the pictures. I had to ask the woman two times to check what is wrong and where is the bus. Someone with a private car took us, claiming he will take us to Da Nang and from there we will take the bus. This one drove very fast and reckless. In Da Nang, we drove around the city to pick 3 more ppl. The bus waited for us with passengers already inside. Near Hue we were told to get off and another driver waited for us to take us to our hotel. Very chaotic everything and i would not travel with them again.
